Hi, I am Nikos and run an advertising agency
Hi all, I am running an advertising agency of 20 people in Greece. We use plenty of tools for certain tasks but it adhoc and depends of certain people abilities and mindset. I am looking of a more complete and integrated way to use AI in our day to day processes but I find it difficult because we do a lot of custom creative work for each client/project. All comments welcome.

We use AI mainly for industry research, drafting first ideas and copies and help on strategy proposals. I feel there is much more and of course ways to prompt better than we do now. Another thing I am trying to figure out is to find AI tools for the digital performance team (I am not a digital marketing person). Any recommendations that save time are welcome
