My family are en route after I was informed a few days ago I was hosting Easter (I don't even celebrate Easter π
). Negated the stress by getting myself prepared yesterday, even had time for culninary evil genius. Got extra steps in mowing the lawn, treats for everyone made while dancing round the kitchen, as well my usual hour of pole. Today I've gotten my pole session in, got on the hydration early & eaten a healthy brunch so I'm less likely to over indulge on the calorie dense stuff later. Then a bit of moving meditation by way of a bo staff session. Far slower and less dynamic than it should be because knee...and helper, but the calming effect of fluid movement has done it's thing. π§πΌββοΈ Have a fantastic start to the week gang πͺπΌ
