Man this truck I’ve been bringing back to life keeps fighting me. The belt keeps walking off. I had a new green gates belt that’s probably not in new condition anymore. When I put this engine together I put a new ac compressor, new idler pulley, new water pump, and new tensioner. Everything seems to spin straight and true. Within 10-15 seconds of running the belt walks halfway off the damper, power steering pump, fan, ac compressor and tensioner.

Take a piece of string and run across all of the pulleys and then visually look at it something that a line usually, you can tell what a string. Or you can buy the deco Laser set up if you really want to they’re not crazy expensive

Alberta Diesel days

Well went out yesterday to Alberta diesel days for the Saturday events. The racing got rained out. But we still had a good time. Next year I think it time to come out more. Hope see some guys.
