3 Foods That Help Me Feel Full On The Cut
- Egg Whites - The best calorie to protein ratio out there. A ton of volume and a lot of protein that is very filling. Don’t confuse with whole eggs. - Salsa - A great filler to add a ton of volume with very little calories. Gives a sweet feel and adds flavor to any dish. - Plain Rice Cakes - These are my go to if I am really hungry because they slow me down and feel like a lot. I prefer them over cooked rice because it feels like you are eating so much more.

Don’t the egg yolks contain a lot of the calories also? The couple times I buy egg whites its like 25 cal for 4-5g of protein so… idk what to make with the yolks though if I do separate them
