✨ LME NAVI: Recap from Our Meetup on 11th April 2025
Big thanks to everyone who joined today! I think we had a fantastic time practicing Thinking in English for two full hours. Let’s keep it going! Special shoutouts to: @Ralph Essers It was so great that you found time to join us, and your friendly smile really helped make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. By the way, I’ve prepared a clearer answer to your question 👇 ✔️PIRF STANDARD is our NEW lessons. And students can ask questions AND get their answers IN the Lesson videos. They can also join all the AMA classes. ✔️PIRF FRESH is our first 25 lessons. Students don't have a chance to ask questions about the lessons, but they do get a short feedback and they can also join the AMA classes. @Serge Gray, @Yulong Deng You’re like guiding lights for us on our journey to learn English. @Fulya Acun Thanks for sharing the sunny vibes of Antalya! @Gulistan Asan You speak Kurdish, Turkish, and English -- it's like you have a superpower. That's amazing! @Valerie Vasyuta It was funny realizing that in the middle of our international English conversation, you were actually talking to a neighbor! You said so many nice things today, but next time, you’ll have to give us some critical feedback to keep things balanced, okay? We can’t get too comfortable! @Soooda Feng, @Moxa Xie Your words and support mean so much -- thank you for being such valuable members from the amazing land of the Middle Kingdom! @Zeng Wendy I’m happy you’re part of our group! Next time, tell us about your dream travel destination. @Sia Zhang, @笑笑 艾 You’re doing great speaking in English! Keep joining us and share your thoughts -- it's really inspiring.

Record-Breaking Domino Fall Spans a City Block In Vienna, Austria, over 350,000 dominos were set up across a city block and successfully knocked down in a chain reaction that took nearly 30 minutes! The event broke a world record and ended with a giant heart-shaped finale in the city square. 2. Bakery Accidentally Bakes iPhone into Cake A bakery in Canada made headlines after a woman discovered a working iPhone baked inside her daughter’s birthday cake. Turns out, the baker accidentally set his phone down on the batter tray and didn’t realize it got scooped in! The customer got a refund… and a fully cooked iPhone. 3. Woman Wins Marathon in Wrong City A woman in Europe accidentally registered for the wrong city’s marathon—but still showed up and won. Thinking she was in the Brussels Half Marathon, she ran the full Antwerp Marathon instead, and crossed the finish line first in her age group. She was shocked... but thrilled! 🎵 I Ran – Flock of Seagulls 🎵 Come On Eileen – Dexy’s Midnight Runners INTERESTING FACT! 🎯 Dominoes and the World's Biggest Chain Reactions Did you know the longest domino chain ever recorded involved over 4.5 million pieces? - It happened in Germany in 2013, and it took weeks to build. - One wrong move, and the whole thing could collapse early! - That’s why domino engineers use safety gaps and trigger blocks—to protect sections during setup. today I listen to the podcast twice again. "they gotta put in a light over there" I think maybe it means the traffic police need to put up a sign "stop" or like a slow sign, because there is no stop signs on the road.
