I spent a good amount of time working on video editing and guiding others, which shows commitment. At the same time, I noticed where I lost focus. This awareness is important it shows me exactly where I need to improve. Assalamualaikum everyone ♥️ After a long time, I’m finally posting here again. I haven’t been very active in the community lately, but today I really felt like sharing a my 3 months journey of video editing. Around 3 months ago, I made a decision to fully focus on learning a skill. I chose video editing as my niche. I had a little background in designing, so I thought it might help somehow, but honestly, I didn’t know anything about video editing back then. Now, when I look at myself after these 3 months, I can confidently say that Alhamdulillah, I’m able to create simple talking-head style videos and edits with B-rolls. It may seem small, but for me, it’s a big step forward. I’m soooo grateful, first of all, to Allah ♥️ for guiding me and giving me the strength to stay consistent. And secondly, to @Raima Zainab , who is putting so much effort into all of us girls, investing her time, energy, and knowledge selflessly. She’s not just a mentor, but truly feels like a supportive sister who always guiding, encouraging, and believing in us even when we doubt ourselves. May Allah bless her with more success, barakah in her time, and reward her for every effort she puts into us. And of course, thanks to @Haroon Khalil , for building such an amazing community where we get to learn, grow, and support each other. A space where beginners feel welcomed, where questions are answered, and where growth actually feels possible.
