πŸŽ‰ Celebrating our community voices this week…
One of my favourite things to watch in this space is how quickly people go from β€œjust joined” β†’ to actually being seen. Because it isn't about one person teaching - this group isn't about me. It's about the room! All of you showing up - asking questions - sharing what's working - replying to each other. That's where real community comes from πŸ₯° A few gentle reminders if you want to build momentum here: ✨ Comment more than you scroll or post ✨ Ask better questions (this changes everything) ✨ Share what you’re learning as you go - not just once it’s β€œperfect” And something I really believe: It's not about being the loudest person in the room - it's about being someone people recognise, trust, and come back to. So if you’ve posted, commented, or supported someone this week - I see you 🀍 And if you’ve been quietly watching… this is your nudge to join in. πŸŽ‰ Congrats on the week to: @Jennie Noble @Emma Fink @Harsimrat Kaur @Christy Beard @Qiana Johnson @Brittany Shepard @Debra Verrall @Kendra Walker @Kim Marivoet @Adriana Watt ** Follow these members so you can catch more of these posts and comments.

90 Day Action Plan - Who else is growing?
Wow, it’s Q3! Took a little time to watch a couple of @Kylie Kelly ’s email starter kit videos. So easy to digest! I’m definitely in the growth stage, so I picked several strategies from that side of the V2 framework to focus on over the next 90 days. I want to keep networking (already leaning into this) and commit to applying to guest speaking + aligned summits & podcasts. I know that’s kind of a lot, but right now my list is <100 and I’ve been down to once a month emailing because I don’t really get any replies (and never any sales). Which is tough for me since I specialize in messaging πŸ˜” BUT it was an encouraging reminder that I probably only need to double my list size with ideal subscribers to move in the right direction! πŸ’ͺ

Nice! I'm using the V2 framework too. I've chosen YouTube (and I've posted 3 videos!) and website SEO from the long form side. And then podcasts/PR requests from the collabs side. What are you focusing on?

@Rachel Jones Nice! I haven't had growth on my list in about 6 months because I stopped making it a priority so we are kind of in the same boat. I chose YouTube because I teach Punjabi and I can teach/guide more via video than on a podcast or voice only. I can then take recordings of my online classes and put snippets online and drive to download a freebie or book a call. Anything to get an email address. At least that's the hope!

@Henriette Gladiator Thank you! Do I embed it into the course? Rather than a link, because otherwise they could just save the link right?

@Henriette Gladiator Ok I'll need to work out the sizing and making it look nice inside the course section as it wouldn't be a full webpage then. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
What Tools Are We Using?
Hi all! I’m just getting started with my business, so I’m wondering what tools we’re using for things like email marketing, product hosting, website building, calendar scheduling, etc.. I’ve been trying out HighLevel for a while, but honestly, it’s a lot, and I’m not sure if I’m the biggest fan of some of the features. I would love tool recommendations from the community!

@Henriette Gladiator oo. What does it mean to be a GHL certified admin?

@Henriette Gladiator Oo. I love this! Its been something on my list of things to do for a while now. I'm an online Punjabi tutor and want to help other tutors set up. I was going to offer GHL subaccounts under mine and then get them set up as tech is always the thing that they are scared of. I've always done my own tech stuff (expect branding because I'm not creative at all). I'll definitely look into this. Thank you for being so open with your knowledge. Do you have a link you could share please?
Adding value...
Hello all! Something I've been thinking about a lot lately as I try to intentionally build my email marketing is HOW to add value. (Particularly when it comes to education.) People are so inundated with all kinds of information that I'm not sure how to figure out what is valuable to them versus what will just be more white noise. I think a survey would be helpful in this, but I'm not quite there yet. I sometimes ask questions in my emails, but I usually only get a few responses. How do you make sure what you're sending is valuable to your audience?

Hey! I'm an online Punjabi tutor so when I do emails, I try give a quick win. So something they can implement now and can speak or read Punjabi because of it. Or I'll give them a story of a transformation that another student of mine and how they can potentially have a similar one. And don't worry about getting a few responses. I only get a few too, but when I meet some people or they sign up to things I sell/courses, they always mentioned they enjoy the tips in my emails.
