90 Day Action Plan - Who else is growing?
Wow, it’s Q3! Took a little time to watch a couple of @Kylie Kelly ’s email starter kit videos. So easy to digest! I’m definitely in the growth stage, so I picked several strategies from that side of the V2 framework to focus on over the next 90 days. I want to keep networking (already leaning into this) and commit to applying to guest speaking + aligned summits & podcasts. I know that’s kind of a lot, but right now my list is <100 and I’ve been down to once a month emailing because I don’t really get any replies (and never any sales). Which is tough for me since I specialize in messaging šŸ˜” BUT it was an encouraging reminder that I probably only need to double my list size with ideal subscribers to move in the right direction! šŸ’Ŗ

@Harsimrat Kaur well my 90-day priority is consistency with building a highly aligned list from the ground up….so focusing on doing collabs thru guest speaking, hopefully podcast guesting & a bundle or 2 to grow my list. Then after that I’d LOVE to start layering in more long-form content like you are w/ YouTube! What made you choose that platform?

@Nic Frick hi! Saw your comment & was curious if these are tools you currently use or you’re moving away from? I launched a private podcast on Hello Audio not too long ago & I’m still deciding how I feel about it. Used Descript to do small edits.

Can a free audit work for a bundle?
Hi! As you might gather from all my questions I’ve posted, I’m interested but new to the world of collabs. I’m exploring summits & bundles a bit b/c my list is SO SMALL (<100) and frankly I’m not even sure they want what I currently offer. On bundles- pretty much all the ones I see want digital products, templates, mini-courses, etc. I offer a $97 messaging & visibility audit that I’d be happy to contribute for free to a bundle…but it’s more of an asynchronous service than a digital product or template. I’d rather not spend time creating something new since I’m in a growth stage…so are y’all aware of any bundles out there (or ever before) that accept an offer like this? My freebie is a private podcast…but I know bundles typically don’t like to include freebies. TIA 😊

I guess I was thinking not everyone signs up for everything in the bundle…but anyway, OK I’ve got a couple of checklist ideas I think I could make happen pretty easily! Because I’ve been wanting to get out there & dabble in the bundle world but just haven’t had anything to contribute
