A different method I use to get >40% open rates consistently
Assuming you already know of universal hooks, curiosity gap, pattern interrupt etc. So I’ll skip all that and get to the actual useful part: The reason my emails get double the opens than they used to, is because my ‘paragraphs’ are 1-3 lines max. I simply space out my talking points. Psychologists call this ‘Memory Chunking’. Basically, wall of text = huge barrier for digestion. This way the information is structured making it easier to understand & remember. Most importantly, people will enjoy reading and actually look forward to receiving your next one. Try asking yourself “Is it possible to group lines so that they complement each other to form a flow to follow?” Each line is tailored so that readers are forced to read the next line - and people don't realize they're being sold to. I started emails earlier this year, and sure I may not have a crazy audience yet, but the principles would remain the same even if I had 100,000+ members. Happy building! - Rohan

(Poll) Did you DO enough today?
Hey everyone, Rohan here! Since it’s been a while since I was last active here, I wanted to do a little temperature check. I always get the feeling that I’m never doing enough, that I could’ve done more in my work block. That’s just how some people are wired… I’ve heard you are meant to use brute force in the beginning but then transition into leverage & power for the later stages. And endlessly scrolling Skool communities isn’t a good use of time for me either. Am I alone? I’d love to get a gauge on what you guys think about your progress so far. Warm regards.

What results you can expect from writing 9000 words…
Hey everyone, I’ve spent many hours writing 30+ letters, which I’ve been consistently sending out to all my private list members every week for 4 months straight. Here’s what that got me so far: 180 x Free guides check-outs 120 x Youtube subscribers 2 x Case study clients (€0 LTV) Notice that the numbers are not glorious compared to what I’ve seen in this community but that's their exact point. When starting out I was desperately looking for outcome data of what to expect if I put in X hrs of work. Heads up - it doesn’t work that way. You may be wondering why I started with the combination of emails + business education videos? In school, I was naturally good at writing. That’s what ‘just flowed’ for me. Presenting content was my added layer on top. You don't need the perfect copy or video idea. Another 3hr tutorial isn’t going to save you. Think about what you’re good at, and then improve & layer new skills on top. The more aggressive the better. P.S. Thanks for the feedback on my last post. And yes I do update my collection of free guides regularly (it takes 2 seconds to grab your favorite one)

The simple lesson I've learned delivering voice solutions for 10+ months
It’s this: choosing the right platform can make or break your delivery. From platform psychosis to not being able to fetch call data & misfiring webhooks. I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges people go through when building AI systems. In the beginning I never wanted to put my card down for any software, always renewing free trials and finding the cheapest options. Trust me - I didn’t have a euro to spare on this stuff starting out. Yet from what I’ve seen, clients just want something that works. The choice of ‘how’ is yours. That’s why you need to be able to do both - build AND sell. The regret of not making the shift is harder than moving forward with a build on shaky foundations. I’m used to doing more longform, detailed presentation-style videos, but if I see good feedback I’ll keep these posts coming.

Re-hit up ‘Near Buyers’ with this Agent | Retell x Make (Free resources included)
Hey, again! You may remember me from the AI sweep post a couple days back… I just finished up my voice assistant that sends out calls to pre-existing buyers in a GSheet with lead data (i.e what product was left in the cart). It also takes inquiries, objections, and sends that data back to the sheet along with potential call log KPIs. What you get: ✅ What the agent is capable of ✅ Why it is crucial to the new online shopping experience ✅ A demo video on how to set it up 📌[Resource link] Feel free to copy & adjust for your own clients/business. Full disclosure, this one requires a bit of knowledge around Make and webhooks, etc. But it’s easily learned. Let me know what you think!
