It was about showing up, building the habit, and proving to yourself you can stay consistent. Handstands
Still working out what drills to do and for how long etc but something better than nothing! If anyone has any ~10min daily drills they’d recommend please let me know and equally any comments on form/areas for improvement/progression!

Hi everyone. I'm a teen based in the UK who is completely new to calisthenics. I'm looking to improve my mobility and strength and learn some cool tricks while doing so!

Switched my daily focus.
Realised yesterday that I don't consistently train paralettes, so doing a week of daily play to work out what drills and skills I want to add to my regular weekly program. Oh and worked out the legs up pose was called Firefly.
