Re: “a way you have learned to quiet your mind before a reading” Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for a count of 8 (I do this at least 3x). It is a quick and simple practice, which I find helps us move into present moment, to become neutral before reading or anytime our brains or energy feel all over the place.

I realized this week that I now trust my intuitive nudges despite all evidence pointing to the opposite of my intuition . In the past, I’d usually ignore intuition or overlook it, to my detriment. Hopefully that makes sense.

Meditation help
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if it's normal to struggle with meditation when you first start? I find it difficult to actually just sit for longer than 5-10 minutes, I just seem to have no attention span? Additionally when I meditate I get really itchy?! It's as if I feel things crawling on me. Recently I had a firm voice say IGNORE IT but it is driving me a bit nuts and I feel like it's ruining the overall experience 😅 Is this normal?

On days when my brain is too busy, I find doing a breathing meditation helps, or at least doing some long inhales and longer exhales. After that I can do any type of meditation.
