New in the Classroom: Sitting in the Power 🕯️ There is a practice that sits at the heart of almost every serious mediumship development program in the world. It has been taught in development circles for over a century. And it is one of the simplest things you will ever be asked to do. You are not trying to receive a message. You are not trying to see or hear or sense anything specific. You are simply sitting in the presence of Spirit and letting yourself become familiar with what that feels like. 🌫️ That is it. That is the whole practice. And yet it changes everything. I have just added a guided Sitting in the Power meditation to the classroom. 🎧 It is a little over 20 minutes long, built around the grounding method we use here in The Sanctuary, and designed to be returned to again and again. Not just once. The students who develop most consistently are rarely the most naturally gifted. What do I have coming up this week? I ended up pulling from two different decks. The first is The Green Witch by Ann Moira and the second is Every day Witch by Deborah Blake. I haven’t used the first one in a while and I wasn’t quite sure what it was telling me. I think it’s “I know what I need to do, I have help, but need to trust myself.” So I’m going to have something that I will need to decide what to do coming up. Then I pulled the second, which is a deck I haven’t had for long. I think it’s a “Did I stutter?” 😂 I think it’s telling me to use my head not my heart to decide. Looking up in the book there was also this that stuck out, “It can also be a gentle hint that you are, shall we say, a tad too determined to have things your way.” This deck is a tad spicy! Anyone else doing divination?

I actually heard an answer from my guides. I asked how my final letter would go, and as I was drifting back to sleep, I faintly heard, ‘It will cause more commotion than you anticipated.
