We are going places!
Hello everyone, good news, Create Games with AI is going places! 😁 Going forwards there will be more great content, help and support for all members of the community. We've now removed the FREE tier, however if you are an existing Standard or Premium member, nothing changes. You still have access to all the content you had access to before. The pace of innovation in the AI space is not slowing down, so keeping content fresh and up-to-date in this industry is a full-time endeavour. This change will secure the future of Create Games with AI, thanks for joining me on this journey. 🚀

Lovin it!! Good to hear!! Can't wait for what's to come! 💪🔥🔥
Any Slay the Spire fans in the house?
One of my favourite games of all time, up there with FTL, The Binding of Isaac and Darkest Dungeon! A sublime game, a perfect fusion of deck builder and rogue-like, my two favourite genres. The team took community feedback and data analysis to the next level, every game creator can learn from this story. They didn’t just guess what worked. They watched how people played, listened to what broke, and kept tightening the loop until the game became ridiculously replayable. The lesson: Your first version doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be playable enough to create feedback. What game do you think has the best core loop ever?

@Morgan Page LOL You make some VERY valid points there! lol And yeah, I've had the same thought sometimes that the old "computer controlled NPCs" have never really be considered "AI." They're probably more like a bunch of if-then statements and such.

@Morgan Page A bar fight. Yeah, you're probably absolutely right! 🤣
Quick Question: Does this give you Diablo vibes?
I'm currently working on a new Diablo-inspired idle game. 👹⚔️ Does it already give you Diablo vibes, or what would you change/add to make it feel more like Diablo?

Yeah, I can see the Diablo inspiration in it, but I guess it doesn't scream Diablo to me a whole lot. Maybe that's just because it's a different style of game than Diablo, of course lol. I can definitely see a few things that look like Diablo, though. Like the health and mana bars both look like the ones in Diablo 2, and of course, the way all the items glow when they drop...... that was a funny catch when I realized it. ....and the way they all spread out when they drop too LOL awesome!!! Without playing it myself, I don't think there's much that I could suggest about changing it to be MORE like Diablo since it probably isn't the same type of game. I think it looks pretty good so far. 🙂👍

I'm really new, so I'm just using Claude Code for writing python for some simple games, but I am excited to see this and have some ideas of the kinds of tools I can try out. Thank you very much for this nice photo! 😊
