@Emil Moldovan I was called by a whisper through the water, through bubbling breath of culture beneath cloth. Fermentation found me, as dawn finds the dew. The yeast speaks in tongues older than man, and I learned to listen. My family, rooted like vines in rich soil, teaches me through kneading, playing, stirring, listening, waiting. Each breath, a memory; each act, a prayer. To brew with heart is to honor life in transformation. To see decay and rebirth as threshold. It is a covenant with the unseen. With warmth, with time, with trust. So I offer not a product, but a presence. A becoming. A drink still dreaming of the sun.
