Here is my Facebook and Instagram profile pics and Bio's. I will admit I have alot to learn about Instagram. I have had an account for a longtime but never used it. I don't even really know how to post or make 'reels' or 'story's'. Thats gonna take some time to learn.

We had three deals close — two Double Closes and one Echo — totaling $14,750 in fees. Two of them had been delayed ⌛ multiple times over the last few weeks, so finally getting them done felt great. The other one was a quick “answer the call 📞 and fund immediately” type of deal with a borrower and title company we already know and trust. One double close took an extra day, but the other two deals went out and back in the same day — which always feels like a bonus win. If I’m honest… I mostly love seeing the capital come back home after each deal. 😁 This is one of my favorite things about transactional funding over "gap" funding. Heck, that it ever returns is a win. lol Grateful for the wins and sharing to make sure everyone knows these deals are out there and you will start tapping into them as you continue to be consistent.

The call was fun tonight and some great things were discussed, including @Steven Bratt ’s cold outreach improvements and @Ali Fordyce ’s big EMD win. Apologies for my phone dying and dropping suddenly. It took me almost an hour to have connection again. Any further discussions? What did you all think?

Just wanted to let you know we should have two funding requests coming in this week. One is for $30k, needed in 30 days, and another is around $100k. I’ll keep you posted.

During my cold outreach on FB Messenger someone responded by saying they get a lot of fraud offerings and asked me for references before we go any further. Any suggestions on how to respond? Thanks
