Who's up for a little kettlebell challenge?
What if I told you that I have a workout that's only 3 minutes in length? Are you up for completing it, filming it, and posting it in this challenge? What if I told you that you can pick your own kettlebell weight? Only 3 exercises to complete. 1 exercise per minute. And one of those exercises are burpees. EVERYONE'S FAVORITE. We're scoring the workout. You do the workout 3 times in November, and your best score counts. 3 times is only 9 minutes of work! Who's is in for a bit of fun? I’m in too! I’m very out of shape, I used kettlebells before and during lockdown but haven’t used for a few years.. time to blow the cobwebs off 2x12, 2x16, 2x20, 2x24, 1x28, 1x32

@Taco Fleur , I haven’t done those or many doubles for that matter, so will be a learning curve…. I’ll be making a few paint chips I reckon
