🌟Did you know ...
...fasting is the only thing almost every culture agrees on? It’s true. Long before we had apps or biohacking podcasts, humans were fasting. Whether for clarity, discipline, or healing, it’s a "global ritual." Lent in Christianity, Ramadan in Islam, Yom Kippur in Judaism, Vrata in Hinduism, Uposatha in Buddhism. Even the Ancient Greeks were obsessed with it. Pythagoras (the math guy :)) required his students to fast before he would teach them, believing it was the only way to reach "peak mental clarity." If it’s been the "secret weapon" for the world's greatest thinkers for 3,000 years. See you tomorrow at the live call where we would talk about this secret weapon 😉

@Elena Maren Hi, I meant reading the thread, sorry! I've been away for a lil bit and am catching up.
DID YOU KNOW?
A tiny handful of broccoli sprouts (just 30g a day) can slash key inflammation markers like IL-6 by up to 38% and C-reactive protein by 59% in overweight adults after 10 weeks of regular consumption. And the effects linger even after you stop! Sprouting unlocks up to 50x more sulforaphane than mature broccoli. This ancient germination technique (used across cultures for millennia) turns everyday veggies into inflammation-fighting powerhouses. Chop, wait 30–60 minutes before cooking, or eat raw for max effect. Mind-blowing upgrade for your anti-inflammatory plate!

@Elena Maren brilliant! Thank you.

@Elena Maren thanks. I'm going to try the hemp bags I think. I have a hanging rack over my kitchen sink, so I think I have a good setup for it.
Unpopular opinion
Cloves deserve way more hype than cinnamon or ginger for crushing inflammation. That potent eugenol content acts like nature’s targeted pain-reliever and antioxidant bomb. Just 2–3 cloves a day in tea or meals can shift the game. Most underrated spice on the planet.

@Elena Maren that sounds like my 87-year-old mother! I am down to four per day and am very proud of myself 🤗
Masterclass PROTEIN - tomorrow
So, as I have this Saturday a little bit more time, I will make a masterclass about protein. Check the calendar for details and let me know if you can join the live. This time I will try to find the right buttons and record it!!!

@Elena Maren Thank you! I am having LOADS of fun 🥰
Fresh pineapple 🍍 or papaya
Fresh pineapple or papaya bring bromelain/papain enzyme bomb. Ripe tropicals (not canned!) digest protein, crush swelling and lower inflammatory markers . Serve ½ cup post-meal. it´s the “natural ibuprofen upgrade.”
