Homework
Every morning after we work out we talk about an hour of homework. This is sacred time that we carve out to work on our most important goals. You know, the ones that when you're on your deathbed, you'll regret not trying. If you're not acting on your goals, they're not going to happen. Good workout today
Had a good session today I am still 1 day behind so I did the Sunday workout today and enjoyed the variation Got a funny Instagram vs reality photo after the workout Here is my workout partner Summer posing for Instagram Second photo is after she head butted me because I hadn't fed her yet and the workout was taking too long 😂 Feeling stronger each day 💪 and starting to enjoy the early morning wakeups
