W2D1: 4 x increasing breath hold Round 1 (discomfort): 2โ€™20 Round 2 (add 20): 2โ€™40 Round 3 (90% max): 3โ€™15 Round 4 (max): 3โ€™57 I missed the final day of the 7-day challenge so gave it a go today. Felt really tuned in - somatic awareness has improved a lot in one week. And went past my PB from last week, not quite 4โ€™00 (so close!). Iโ€™ve loved this process. Thank you to everyone in this community for the guidance and support ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Day 6: 2โ€™40 hold on the inhalation, but then radically lower 0โ€™29 hold on the exhale. I knew it would be less, but I didnโ€™t think by so much. Iโ€™m definitely going to carry on playing around with this - such a different state experience on the inhold and outhold. Iโ€™m loving this challenge!
