This is such a good reminder 💚 It’s easy to get swept up in the holiday rush, but tending to even one thing fully can feel like a huge win. Choosing presence over pressure is exactly what the season needs.

🎄Mindful Mondays ❄️
Pause and Breathe What a beautiful crisp Monday morning. As I’m taking these mindful breaths, feeling a sense of joy and ease. Name what’s real Something that’s real for me this morning is I’m noticing a slight judgment towards myself for using this framework, pause and breathe, name what’s real, let it go instead of noting that as framework and writing what just comes up for me. But immediately after that, I’m realizing that that’s exactly what I’m doing, and there’s nothing wrong with using this framework as a guide, as simple as it is it’s, it still came from me AND i’m showing others that it’s okay to do so as well :) I for one love setting myself up for success and and blessed with a continuation of learning to let go of how I perceive the way others are looking at me. Because the truth is, I don’t fucking know haha and why do I need to care? Can’t I just be without any resistance? Let it go or (let it be) I’m going back and rereading what I wrote above and choosing to really feel it in my body, to put that self judgment to the side and see what it feels like to release that pressure…., I’m noticing it feels good…. And I let it go completely. 🥰

Love this reminder 🙏 It’s amazing how just pausing and noticing even noticing our judgments about the practice itself can shift our whole perspective. There’s so much power in giving yourself permission to use a framework as a tool, rather than a rule. Thanks for sharing this mindful moment
