FIRST Also, make your community free, worry about pricing later. Start charging once the time you spend becomes too much. You can start with 1-1 coaching, but make sure to quickly jump to group coaching. This scales way faster. Also, simple=good. Keep your community simple on the about page, one avatar. Don't just put a giant value stack on your about page. Address the problem they are facing and prove that you helped others with that same problem in the past.
