Finding Balance Between School and Dance
A lot of people in my community have been asking how I manage dancing alongside school and other activities, so I wanted to share a few things that help me 🩰📚 • Planning ahead helps me stay organized and reduce stress • Setting priorities reminds me what needs my focus each week • Consistency matters more than doing everything perfectly • Rest and balance are important for both my body and my mind Balancing school and passions isn’t always easy, but with discipline and patience, it’s possible ✨ Everyone’s journey looks different and that’s okay.

Monday Audition Pick of the Week
Song: Blue Hour - TXT (Tomorrow X Together) 🔥 Why this song works for auditions * Stamina & Breath Control: The constant jumping and "bouncing" rhythm in the chorus is exhausting. If you can dance this with a stable smile, judges immediately know you have excellent stamina. * Versatility (Groove + Sharpness): The verses require smooth, laid-back grooves, while the chorus demands sharp, extended arm lines and high energy. It shows you can switch textures instantly. 🧠 How you should train with this song (important) Do NOT just learn a choreography and film it once. Train it like this instead: * Drill the "Bounce": The core of this dance is the constant up-down rhythm. Practice the footwork without arms first. If your bounce is flat, the whole dance looks low-energy. * Extension Check: In the chorus, your arms need to be fully extended and straight. Film yourself from the side—are your elbows bent when they shouldn't be? Fix your lines. * The "Smile" Drill: This is a "refreshing" concept. Run the dance specifically focusing only on your face. If you look tired, you fail the concept. 🎯 Audition tip Judges don’t care how many choreos you know. They care if you can fully dance one song with control, confidence, and intention. This song is a mirror. We’re turning practice into a system, not a vibe A lot of you said the same thing: “I know what to train… I just don’t stay consistent.” Motivation isn’t the problem. Lack of structure and accountability is. So we’re fixing that. 🗓️ Monthly Dance Bingo Every month, you’ll receive a Dance Bingo Card. Each square is a specific action, like: - Record a practice video - Comment feedback on 3 members’ posts - Learn 15 seconds of a new song - Do a fundamentals-only session Complete the card → unlock exclusive resources. This turns practice into: - Clear actions - Visible progress - Actual consistency ⚔️ Concept Battles We’re also introducing team-based challenges. ⚔️ RULES What are Concept Battles? Concept Battles are monthly team-based training challenges designed to push your consistency, style range, and accountability. I have designed 3 tracks depending on how serious you are about your dance growth.💯 💟TRACK 1: The 30-Day Challenge (€69) - For those who need to build the habit first. - Daily tasks, accountability, and community support. - No excuses. You just have to show up. - Goal: Consistency. 💟TRACK 2: The 3-Month Trainee Intensive (€100) - For those who want to actually get better, not just sweat. - 3 Months of structured basics (Bounce, Isolations, Footwork). - Weekly & Monthly Evaluations. I check your progress personally. - Founding Member Price: €100 (Usually €179). - Note: Only the Jan 13th Batch gets this price. 💟TRACK 3: 1-on-1 Personal Training (VIP - €100) - For the obsessed. - Direct access to me, personalized schedules, and weekly deep-dive feedback. - Extremely Limited Spots. - Requirement: You must apply.
