Mick asked me what the goal is after the first challenge and I lost close to 11kg. I was 122kg. I said I would love to be the weight when I joined the navy, which was 88KG. For the first time today I have cracked the 88kg, while building more strength and muscle and dropping body fat to 16%. The biggest changes are on the inside to my bloods and my mind and spirit. Close to 9 months without alcohol. A real purpose and direction with my life. And determination to be a better human, father, and husband. Easy roads often lead nowhere worthwhile at all!

Yesterday, @Josh Arnot hit his goal weight of 99kg — and every single bit of effort he put in got him there. 💪 The check-ins, the discipline, the hard days he pushed through anyway — it all added up to this moment. You showed up for yourself and you delivered. 📦 (Today's scale says 100.6 but we're blaming dinner. That one doesn't count. 😂) And with just a few days left in the Reset — this is the moment we all dig in and finish strong. No letting up now. Every single one of you has come too far to coast to the finish line. 🔥 Let's go out the way we came in — with everything we've got! 💥

Three weeks in. 21 days of weigh-ins, steps, water, and whole foods. Let's see those numbers! 👇 🥇 @Cal Job — 8.5 kg down 🥈 @Josh Arnot — 5.4 kg down 🥉 @Jacinta Mckinnon — 4.1 kg down Absolutely on fire. 🔥 📸 @Peter Holmes — 3 resets in and still sharing meals in the community. Weight loss hasn’t been my goal for this challenge but training is. 5 x weight session 10k steps daily 3 x cardio session per week And so far have been able to be consistent in this
