Reinvention doesn't happen all at once. Most people are somewhere in the middle. Still carrying pieces of who they were while figuring out who they're becoming. So honestly, which version of you shows up most often right now? Take your pick 👇🏻 and drop a quick comment if you wish to share more 🙏🏻

@Phil Clark this one hits even deeper when you REALLY sit with it 🔥 I've been saying for years that, "You must be willing to let go of who you were, in order to become who you're destined to be" because I've learned from experience that it's those sacrifices that sharpen you into the person worthy of the blessings that you are destined to receive. There’s an old that saying, “Everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die”. A lot of people misconstrue with that saying actually means, what it really means is that everyone wants the outcome but, far fewer are willing to go through the identity death required to get there. Because becoming who you’re destined to be isn’t just about leveling up, it’s about letting parts of you go that no longer resonate with the reality you are currently manifesting. The old habits. Old environments. Old versions of yourself that once made sense, but don’t align anymore. THAT'S the part people resist. But if I’m being real, that’s what my 20s and 30s have been about so far. A constant process of shedding, refining, and outgrowing. It was NEVER comfortable. The path wasn't always clear but now that I look back, I see that it was all necessary. Every new level has required a version of me to “die” so the next one could exist. And like you said, once you reach that clarity, everything changes. Now, it’s not if it happens, it's about when and how much are you willing to sacrifice AND how fast are you willing to evolve. Respect the journey bro, this is what it actually takes 💯

Quick fun one for today. Drop a gif in the comments representing how you expected your week to look like and one that represents how it turned out. Then guess what you think they mean for someone else.

🔥 The Real Lever Most Founders Are Ignoring 👀
One of the biggest shifts that’s creating immediate impact in my business right now is this: 👉 I stopped asking “How do I grow?” and started asking “Where am I leaking?” Most founders are focused on adding more, more content, more offers, more strategies… But growth doesn’t come from adding more weight to the system. It comes from removing friction inside it. Here’s what that looks like in practice: 1️⃣ Tighten Your Follow-Up Loop You don’t need more leads, you need better follow-up. The fastest revenue you can generate is from people who already know you. → Re-engage old conversations → Check in with warm prospects → Turn “maybes” into decisions 2️⃣ Fix Your Conversion Points Look at where people are already paying attention, but not taking action. → Are your posts clear on the next step? → Is your offer simple to understand? → Is there friction in how people say yes? Small tweaks here can create immediate results without more effort. 3️⃣ Increase Depth, Not Just Reach Most people chase more eyeballs but the real leverage is going deeper with the audience you already have. → Better conversations → More intentional engagement → Stronger relationships That’s what actually drives trust and trust is what ACTUALLY converts. 💡 Insight? 💡 You don’t need a new strategy. You need a cleaner system. Remove friction → increase flow → results follow. Where do you feel the biggest “leak” in your business is right now? 🚀
