Roast my offer idea...
This might be a little niche, it's for realtors mainly I think, but can possibly apply to others. My target audience would be realtors that are trying to sell vacant lots to build houses on. I would get their lot and design a house so that they can show potential clients what kind of house they could build on the lot. I would design a house based on comps the realtor gives me. I can use AI to create some different designs, then pick what I think is the best, do a floorplan, some basic elevations, and maybe some renderings using AI and they can use it as a sales tool. They can sell the lot using my stuff as a sales tool and I can possibly get the job of completing the plans if the buyer likes the design enough to do it. Fee to realtor I'm thinking around $500. Who knows if it will work. I don't see anyone doing this, maybe that's a hint 🤷‍♂️

@Steve Atencio Alright I’ll give you the real, constructive roast, not to tear it down, but to make it actually work! First off… this is NOT a bad idea. In fact, it’s one of those ideas that seems simple but has real potential, IF, positioned correctly. The core problem you’re solving, I think is solid. Vacant land is harder to sell because people can’t really visualize the outcome. You would be the one bridging that gap, there's real value there! But, to be transparent with you, here’s where it breaks down: 👉 Your offer feels like something that's “nice-to-have,” not a “must-have.” Realtors don’t wake up thinking “I need AI house renderings.” They wake up thinking “I need to sell this lot faster.” So the positioning needs to shift from design service → some sort of deal acceleration tool. 👉 $500 is awkward positioning-wise. It’s not cheap enough to be a no-brainer… and not expensive enough to signal serious ROI. You need to tie pricing to outcome that you deliver by either making it lower friction ($99–$199 “test it on one listing”) or higher ticket with a clear ROI angle (“sell your lot faster / increase perceived value”). 👉 “I don’t see anyone doing this” is not always a green light. More often than not, it means opportunity but, sometimes it means the market hasn’t been convinced yet. In this case, I think it’s leaning more towards the second where you need to clarify the better education + positioning, not just the service. Now, here’s how I’d turn this into something that actually works @Steve Atencio 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾 Instead of just selling designs, you could turn this into: “Lot Listing Conversion System” for Realtors Where the deliverable is: • AI-generated home concepts • Simple floorplans • Marketing-ready visuals • + guidance on how to present it to buyers Now you’re not selling design, you’re selling faster sales and higher perceived value through having better designs that speak to their ideal demographic.

@Steve Atencio YEAH MAN! THINK BIGGER! Hahaha you're on to something here! The fact that you recognized you were thinking too small and immediately opened up to repositioning it is exactly what separates ideas that stay concepts from ones that actually turn into something real. Most people would’ve just defended the original idea, you're actually open to criticism and are implementing in real time, that is impressive. And I think repurposing that other community is a smart move too, because now you’re not starting from zero, you’re just redirecting an already existing infrastructure toward a clearer, more outcome-driven offer. If you approach it like, “Let me prove this works with 3–5 realtors first” instead of trying to perfect everything upfront, you’ll get real feedback, real case studies, and real confidence in the model way faster. I really appreciate you being open to the feedback though, that’s why this kind of conversation actually creates momentum 🔥 If you want to bounce ideas as you start shaping it out, I’m down to jam anytime, my friend 🤝
