✅Balanced plate I had protein carbs n veggies but couldn't have any source of fat that day ✅Eat without distraction Most of my meals are now without distraction ✅Rate your meal Balanced 8/10 bcz fats are lacking My plate keeps me fully satisfied I feel full after having it ✅ Reflection Honestly before that...I don't think much wether my body is getting nourish or I just filly my stomach....but now before every meal I will keep this in my mind ( I took rice chicken n steamed veggies)

Water priority & protein in every meal 3.sleep 7 to 8 hours My Biggest Reason (Why):Bcz these things makes me strong, stay active all the day & energized. My Commitment: I'm not someone who tries "to be fit".I'm someone who moves every day. And i just want to stay consistent with all of these.
