This morning was a sweaty one.
I've never personally broken down the TGU into components and train those for reps. I really enjoyed that this morning (especially the extra challenge of slipping in my own sweat). I see so much practical application of those pieces, on the farm.
What were your thoughts on those today? Fun? Valuable?...
