Come Check Out Jackie and Shadows New Babies. There are two new chicks on the block in California’s Big Bear Valley. Beloved bald eagles Jackie and Shadow welcomed a pair of eaglets into the world over Easter weekend — and the whole thing was captured on camera, much to the delight of wildlife lovers. The first (darling) chick emerged from its shell Saturday at 9:33 p.m. PT after a 36-hour hatching process, followed by the second (equally darling) chick on Sunday morning. Both siblings are “looking great,” according to the nonprofit Friends of Big Bear Valley, which operates the 24/7 nest livestream. This moment marks a major triumph for Jackie and Shadow following a failed clutch earlier this year. Now the work continues for mom and dad as they stay busy protecting their chicks and nourishing them with snacks, as well as their saliva, which contains electrolytes and antibodies. Promotion Hub

While I have the goal of creating content on YouTube and TikTok and be more present on Substack and YouTube - I want to affirm that as I am completing graduate school, my nascent influencer efforts are garnering me incoming messages for professional positions related to my technical studies. I have not applied for any jobs -- but rather am finding that my visibility is doing the work for me of bringing in some really interesting and quite compelling opportunities to me. I know the value of building our own brand channels, content and communities. But one of the things we also need to consider as we grow is our ability to step on to other people's stages. I just got booked on one of the larger YouTube stages (150K subscribers) in my ecosystem. I will be giving a 1 hour talk on 3/26. I am not sharing the link since this isn't the right audience for the topic I'll be speaking about -- but I just want to remind you about the power of collaboration and stepping on to larger stages to grow your own. I hope that gives you some inspiration.

I am so excited that I have been selected as a Favikon Partner.
