There’s a point where doing it yourself stops being the cheaper option ✔️
By the time many business owners decide they need help, they’ve already been carrying too much for months. There’s always something more urgent. Another client to deal with. Another task that needs attention. Another week where they tell themselves they’ll sort it out later. Then things get busy enough that support becomes an emergency. That’s when decisions tend to get rushed. You don’t have much time to think about what should actually be handed off, what kind of support you need, or how the work should be structured. And when the goal is simply to get something off your plate as quickly as possible, it’s easy to move the work without really removing the responsibility. I’ve found that the better time to think about support is before you desperately need it. When things are busy but still manageable. When you can clearly see which recurring tasks are taking up your time. When you have enough breathing room to document the work, set expectations, and give someone a proper handoff. You don’t need to wait for the business to become chaotic before deciding what shouldn’t stay on your plate. Sometimes the best time to build support is when you can still do it thoughtfully. If you’re starting to notice that certain tasks are taking more of your time than they should, feel free to share what’s piling up. It might be worth looking at what can be taken off your plate. 🙂🚀

The part that catches people: work moved is not responsibility moved. Handing off the doing while staying the only person who decides is just a delay.

Glad to be part of this group.
Hey everyone! Glad to be part of this group. A bit about me I help businesses grow through creator/influencer partnerships on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. For contractors and local service businesses, this usually looks like local creators doing before/after project videos, walkthroughs, or "day in the life" style content that builds trust and gets your work in front of the right local audience — way more effective than a generic ad for this kind of business. I handle the whole process: finding the right local creators, negotiating rates, and managing the collaboration from start to finish. Looking forward to learning from everyone here, and happy to chat if anyone's curious about using content/creators to bring in more leads.

The before/after and day-in-the-life angle is smart because it shows proof, not polish. That's what wins local trust. How does you measure which creators send booked jobs.

Attribution is the part people skip because it has no obvious payoff that month. It pays off when a repeat buyer shows up already knowing who you are. Run one small test first: tag where each lead came from for two weeks. The numbers will tell you which channel earns the second sale, drop the hedge, state it plainly the first.
Question fo the day
Questions-- "do you guys ever go back and call leads from like a month ago or is that a waste of time" Answer -- Yes — and skipping this is one of the most common mistakes I see. If you've graduated to having a dialer, someone should always be mixing old data into the fresh stuff — people who weren't interested the first time and haven't DNC'd. Stay compliant, but those leads should absolutely get rehashed. Here's the reality: most teams don't call enough, period. They don't bang the phones, and they don't follow up consistently. And a lot of the time the lead was interested — it just wasn't the exact moment they were ready to sit down or buy. Stay consistent and you catch those people when the timing turns. You already paid for those leads. Every deal you pull out of old data drives your CAC down across every source you buy from. It's the cheapest revenue in your whole operation.

Rehashing old leads makes sense when you track the reason they didn't convert. Timing, not interest, is remove the phrase the blocker. Set a rule to re-contact only after a specific interval, so it's consistent.
12 Day old website gets Contractor jobs!
I built a basement waterproofing website less than 2 weeks ago, and it got a phone call already TODAY from organic rankings on page 1. (no ads, just pure google ranking). That's damn fast! I have also built 14 other similar websites in the last 10 or so days... all to get JOBS for contractors. We had a team meeting this morning where I went through the details, and I attached the video below. It's about sales/selling, but also breaks down the strategy. You may want to build these for yourself, or I can build them for you as well. These are built in around an hour, entirely using ai! If you want to learn to build these, either to rank and sell the leads, OR for leads for your own business, post below... or join our marketer group at aisprinkled.com/join and ask. I've done SEO since 2012, and it all comes down to a template and strategy. And... as an agency we're starting to sell these leads exclusively to contractors... and unlike some, there's no sharing of leads. If you claim a site, you get ALL the leads, they're not shared with 4 others. If you want info about getting some sites for yourself... go to aisprinkled.com/getleads .

Check how long that page 1 spot lasts after the new-site boost. Track which keywords bring calls. That data makes the template stronger.
taking back my time
just wrapped up this one and figured id share it. its a community project with one of my members. we build one at a time on the live calls, so a bunch of people had their hands on this. it did not end up where we planned. the room pushed it somewhere better. thats the part i still like about doing these together instead of alone.

When you build with others, the plan changes for the better. That's where the real value shows up.

Right. The AI crawl token hands your worker the exact scaffold, so it builds your SaaS in the three weeks you direct. Less reinvention, more checking the work.
