I just completed another body scan. Down 7 pounds since last scan a month ago and up 5 pounds of muscle! Everyone hang in there because the results is real! Prayer! Eat right! Exercise! Big thanks to Rob and Dan, you guys are a blessing.
Awesome Week!
This week I’ve had the opportunity to workout with Coach Rob and the team in person. It was great! Normally I have to do the workouts alone due to my schedule, thank you Jesus for an adjustment this week. I was also able to join Dan’s nutrition class Wednesday. All, this journey the past three weeks has been challenging yet the results speaks for itself. I am learning to use nutrition and exercise completely different than before. Thanks Coach Rob and Dan! My God bless everyone!

I started working with Coach Rob in June. I did my first 40 days virtually. In August, I joined him in the gym. ☺️ I'm not consistent in the gym. I work a crazy schedule. ( excuses, I know, but seriously, I do) 😉 Today, I had my 3 month in body scan. I'm down 6.1 pounds of FAT since June. I'm holding some water weight but overall, I'm trending down. 6.1 pounds may not sound like a lot. But, to me, it's a HUGE non scale victory!!! I'm a 48 year old twin mama with history of ED, which wrecked my metabolism. I have a sedentary job, and I am in full blown menopause. 🔥 And, I really do have a crazy schedule.. despite my social media surfing according to my screen time. 🤣 So... I'll take it. So a huge shout out to coach Rob for keeping me motivated. Pushing me more than I ever thought I was able. Inspiring me. Speaking life into me. Pouring into me spiritually. And most importantly, praying for me and all of his clients! You rock!!! THANK YOU!!! And, your beautiful wife, for without her love and support, you wouldn't be able to do what you do! ☺️
