When God Lifts Your Head
Scripture:
“But You, O LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.” — Psalm 3:3
There are moments when life hits hard—
moments that make you look down,
question yourself,
or even feel a little discouraged.
But God doesn’t leave you in that posture.
He steps into the places where your head hangs low
and gently lifts your chin.
Not to ignore the struggle,
but to remind you who is with you.
He is your shield—protecting you from what you cannot see.
He is your glory—restoring what life tried to diminish.
He is the lifter of your head—pulling your eyes back to Him.
Today, let God lift your focus.
Not on the problem… but on His promise.
Not on what’s missing… but on what’s possible.
Not on the weight you’re carrying… but on the God who carries you.
You’re not defeated.
You’re not alone.
You’re being lifted.
