Fasting & Cleansing
We have had several questions about The Daniel Fast, which a handful of us are participating in, so I wanted to share the link to what were following on The Bible app.
Mind you, this is NOT required, just something extra to bring you closer to God and increase your results.
In addition to the fast, I also have an AMAZING 3 Day cleanse, that will rock your world 😂
I refer to this as my "Solid Food Vacay." Brother & sister can attest to the plan, as they lost between 15lbs between the two of them THIS WEEK!!!
