Devotional
One of the greatest obstacles to peace is the need to control everything.
We want to know how everything will work out.
We want every answer before we take the next step.
We want certainty before we trust.
But faith doesn’t grow through control.
Faith grows through surrender.
Surrender isn’t giving up—it’s giving God permission to lead.
There are some battles you can’t win by worrying.
Some doors you can’t force open.
Some answers that only come with waiting.
Your responsibility is obedience.
God’s responsibility is the outcome.
Today, release what you’ve been trying to carry on your own and trust that the God who began a good work in you will be faithful to finish it.
