The Shift: Moved from W2 to Solopreneur

Hi All. Like many of you, I have been in and out of entrepreneurship for many years. A few weeks ago something clicked. I decided to take my 25+ years of working with Fortune 100s as a business transformation consultant and direct it toward the small business owners who need it most.

The things I have learned from Kasim, Julian, Perry and others fell into place and synced with my "Why." Helping small businesses operate like the bigger ones feels unapologetically right.

Excited, a little nervous, and all in. The boats have been burned.
