Howdy Community! I am Darren Pallen. I have spent the last 30 years in Mortgage Banking IT as an engineer and manager on both the development side of the house and operations. Unfortunately, my position was dissolved as part of strategic organization direction. This was 15 months ago. I have experienced the 100s of applications, single digit responses (ATS), and a single in person panel interview that I was not selected for. I spend energy everyday to find someone else to work for and am starting to believe my effort would be better spent figuring out how to become my own boss as an entrepreneur! So, here I am. Ready to absorb as much as I can in this journey.

Seriously, try it. It'll tell you 17. Now ask it how to grow your company. You'll get the same answer your competitor got this morning. Average, delivered with confidence. The machine doesn't know your vision. Yet. That's why I'm doing this in a room. The Leverage Room: two days with me and Christene Marie, October 15–16 at Genius Network in Tempe, AZ. 🧠 Day 1: we build your Anchor, the context AI needs to actually think like you. 🗺️ Day 2: we bring in your team's context and build the map of your business. 🤝 Two full days in the room with other founders who are figuring this out right now. What's included: 🍽️ Lunch both days, on us 🍷 Dinner Thursday night at AZ Social Hall, on us ☕ Breakfast every morning if you stay at the Embassy Suites right across the street (we have a group rate) The seat is $1,995. Because you're part of this community, you get 50% off with code NETWORKLEVERAGE50. And if you want to bring someone with you, they can use the same code.
