🚨 Discovery Class is officially confirmed
Royal just announced two firm ship orders (with options for four more). First ship arrives 2029. No details yet on size or itineraries, just that it is “a bold new concept” designed to take guests to “breathtaking destinations around the world.” Speculation has been building for years that these will be smaller ships for Europe, Alaska, and Asia. We will have to wait and see.👀 What do you want Discovery Class to be? Smaller ships for more unique ports? Or a mega-ship packed with features?! Let me know below👇

3 ways we save money on cruises
After 36 cruises, these are three things that genuinely make a difference for us: 1️⃣ Book smarter, not bigger. Repositioning cruises, where ships move between regions are some of the best value out there. Our 35-night cruise cost less per night than a standard 7-night Caribbean sailing. Older ships are cheaper too, sail more interesting routes, and get into ports the mega-ships can’t reach. 2️⃣ Rethink the cabin. Everyone wants a balcony. But they can be double the price of an interior. If you are like us and only use the cabin to sleep and shower, that money is better spent elsewhere. We have done both plenty of times, the cruise doesn’t change 3️⃣ Book early. The same cabin can be double the price closer to sailing. Early bookers get the best choice of cabin location AND the best price. It’s one of those rare situations where being first actually saves you money. What is your best cruise money-saving tip? CruiseGPT is Live, Have You Tried It Yet?
If you didn’t catch it on social media last week, we have built something called CruiseGPT.🛳️📲 It is an AI that actually knows about cruises. Not generic answers, proper cruise knowledge. Ask it anything and it helps you make better decisions without the hours of research. Over 200 people have tested it already and the feedback has been great. If you haven’t tried it yet, here’s the link: 360cruising.com Have a play and let me know what you think, especially what is missing or what you would want it to do better, thank you!🤝
CruiseGPT is Live, Have You Tried It Yet?
My unpopular opinion reel blew up last week🚀
In my reel, I taked about why I think older cruise ships are better than the newer cruise ships.. So let me explain why I actually believe older cruise ships are better. 1️⃣ They're quieter. No queuing for everything. No madness at the buffet. You can actually get a sunlounger. After weeks on Voyager, I've never once fought for a seat or waited in a massive line. That changes how the whole cruise feels. 2️⃣ They're not overwhelming. You can learn the layout in a day. Get from your cabin to anywhere on the ship in minutes. No trying to find your way through fifteen decks of attractions. It actually feels like a cruise ship, that traditional vibe that got most of us into cruising in the first place. 3️⃣ They're cheaper with better itineraries. New ships often do 3-4 night runs to private islands or the same Caribbean stops everyone's done ten times. Older ships? Longer sailings. More interesting ports. Repositioning cruises. And for less money. 4️⃣ The staff actually know you. Fewer passengers means the crew remember your name, your drink, your table. You see the same faces. You have actual conversations. After a few weeks on board, it feels like a community! I'm not saying new ships are bad. They're impressive, and of course I would take any cruise ship rather than being on land!
