We are in Galveston today so I'm running off of my US Cellular plan. Can't wait to buy a phone I can use gigsky!! I just finished week 3 of a 5 week back to back marathon. I'm set up in the night club near the windows for a good signal. Absolutely loving seascape!!

Just watched her dock in Roatan Honduras. Star of the Seas followed us in. I'm loving the infinity hottubs facing the sea. I woke up to watch a sunset and then had these amazing hot tubs all to myself.

Have you ever bought Travel insurance? If so was it single trip or annual? Have you ever had to use it? If so were you satisfied with the response?

I have been using Visible Wireless for several years now, I pay annually and it's very reasonable. I did one cruise on RCCL out of Tampa last year, 2 days in Mexico. I was on the cheapest plan last year and it cost me $5/day to add Global pass for unlimited calls in and from Mexico and unlimited WIFI while in port each day. With 4 back to back cruises from Galveston in August with stops in Cozumel and Costa Maya Mexico as well as Roatan Honduras I upgraded the rest of my year to Visible + for $42. This includes the unlimited calls within and from Mexico as well as unlimited WIFI in port (speed throttled after 2g) and 6 included Global pass days. Since I had 6 months left in the annual plan. The 8 days in Mexico on my old plan would have cost $40 and the 4 days in Roatan would have been an additional $40. No I still don't have coverage on sea days, but TBH that is fine with me. I can check in the 3 days in port and keep up with anything I want. Also can call back to the States or Canada at no extra cost. I don't have an E-sim compatible phone so Gig-sky isn't an option since they require an E-sim capable phone. When I buy my next phone it will be E-sim capable. Till then I think this upgraded plan will do just fine. I depart in 10 days!! Here is a link to the plans if anyone wants to look them over.
