Day-14 : rest day Day-15 : Set-1 : 20 reps Set-2 : 10 reps Set-3 : 10 reps I have doing the same reps for some time and I have added knee pushups after all the main sets to increase my reps I don't know what's happening but no one is posting anything...i guess ok , but I will continue Smile bright 😎 😎 and peace ✌🏼
