Day-18: rest day Day-19: Set-1: 20 reps Set-2: 10 reps Set-3: 10 reps I felt some pain in my triceps and did slow reps Energy was low I will keep working

Day-16 : rest day Day-17: Set-1: 20 reps Set-2: 12 reps Set-3: 10 reps Completed todays workout a bit late update but completed todays pushups Felt really strong and was able to do pushups with ease CONSISTENCY smile bright 😎 and peace ✌🏼

Day-14 : rest day Day-15 : Set-1 : 20 reps Set-2 : 10 reps Set-3 : 10 reps I have doing the same reps for some time and I have added knee pushups after all the main sets to increase my reps I don't know what's happening but no one is posting anything...i guess ok , but I will continue Smile bright 😎 😎 and peace ✌🏼
