Day-6 : rest day Day-7 : Set-1: 20 reps Set-2: 14 reps Set-3: 10 reps It's been 1 week since I have started and finally got to 20 pushups and have enough energy to continue I feel a lot stronger, I am sorry I haven't shared any video of me doing pushups but I did them Peace and smile bright 😎 ✌🏼

Doubt + day 4 and day 5
Day 4 : rest Day 5 Set-1 : 18 reps Set-2 : 10 reps Set-3 : 10 reps set -4 : 5 reps I have a doubt , should I count my rest days in the 30 day challenge or only the days on which I did pushups And can anyone suggest how to increase my reps

Count rest days To improve make sure to eat enough protein And rest days should help also get stronger
