Day 4 : rest Day 5 Set-1 : 18 reps Set-2 : 10 reps Set-3 : 10 reps set -4 : 5 reps I have a doubt , should I count my rest days in the 30 day challenge or only the days on which I did pushups And can anyone suggest how to increase my reps
