Fat loss is often the key for your health problems
I just posted an Instagram story on this topic yesterday, but it never ceases to amaze me how positively simple fat loss affects other health parameters. We saw this clearly in @Paul Hicks after his latest blood test. And he is just one of many examples. Quick note: Raf and I are currently looking for laboratories to work with to standardize blood tests for our coaching clients.

I would also like to be open with you here. Today a serious topic to hopefully motivate one or the other. I have epilepsy and have to take heavy medication, but I can still do intensive strength or exercise training up to seven times a week and manage to prepare my meals regularly. What are your excuses? … I wish you all a successfull Week! ;) 💪🏽💪🏽🔥

Scapular Dyskinesis
I saw a physical therapist yesterday and he said that it looks like I have some scapular dyskinesis, which I guess essentially means that my left scapula/shoulder blade isn't moving as it should, or at least as good as it should, and that it's slightly flared. To fix it he gave me a couple exercises to do and Raf has me doing a stretching/mobility routine as well. Hopefully this problem can be fixed or at least mostly fixed in the coming months. It has been interfering with some of my exercises and causing me a lot of mental doubts. But it's nice to have a better idea of what the problem is and be on the path to fixing it.
Possible injury
Well I think I might have injured myself somewhat on RDL today. I'm getting a lot of pain in my lower back and I was having a really hard time on my leg day today. It's kind of hard to even walk normally. I'm hoping I can recover soon though, it sucks to have my progress being hindered.

Hi Everyone I‘ve just looked in to my old pictures on my phone and I quickly realised how far I‘ve come. I‘ve started in April with Aaron and Rafael and I was able to learn so much from them. Unfortunately I had to stop my cut at the end of June, because my doctors detected an epigastric hernia above my belly button. This is a weak point of the linea alba, which is the middle section between the left and right abdominal packs. To recover we had to go back to maintenance calories to ensure, that my midsection gets enough nutrions, so it can be strengthend. But it will never recover completely. It just can be more stable with enough work. I could have just stopped and fall in to depression or I could continue with an adjustment in my plan. Luckily I choose option 2 (yeah option 1 was never an option for me tbh 😂) So pleace enjoy my 2 pictures with 1 from the start, where I‘ve tried to start all by myself and the 2nd one by today. (and please don‘t look to close 🫣 I‘ve never done some poses or anytgibg in the mirror like that. Pictures of myself are rare 😭)
