Fat loss is often the key for your health problems
I just posted an Instagram story on this topic yesterday, but it never ceases to amaze me how positively simple fat loss affects other health parameters. We saw this clearly in @Paul Hicks after his latest blood test. And he is just one of many examples. Quick note: Raf and I are currently looking for laboratories to work with to standardize blood tests for our coaching clients.

I've really had to slow down recently and reevaluate and change a lot of exercises because of my shoulder/scapula problems. I often feel like I'm unable to be as optimal as I would like. It's tough to stay patient during these kinds of times, but I guess I just have to do it and trust that things will improve with my stretches and physical therapy. I'm glad to have Aaron and Raf to help me during these struggles as well. Stay strong out there folks 💪🏼
