Just want thank Mick and his support staff over the last 4 weeks. I have taken the challenge head on and achieved a great outcome starting at 100.9kg and today at 93.95kg. In the process now have my family on board to a healthier lifestyle which was never really unhealthy but the slight changes with food has been the game changer. For me personally it’s all about a work/life balance and what choices you make has been the most satisfying and for a better me. My headspace was also a big part of the issue with running a business, involved in community sports which I felt left no time. That was an excuse looking back. Life is busy but the last 4 weeks has given me the drive to continue on this path and the end goal is 90kg which I know I will achieve. Below before and after photos. I’m not a photo guy to be honest. 😬 Being on another 28 day reset 😁
