Today I ran a half marathon (21.1km).
And honestly… I never thought I’d be able to say that again.
25 years ago I wrecked both my knees — not from running — but from being a rugby league player.
The damage built up over time, and it eventually got to the point where two years ago I had two total knee replacements.
Toward the end of last year I started running again — just on a treadmill at first — and I had this quiet goal in my heart: I want to test myself in a half marathon.
So over the last 6 weeks I’ve been building up the kms… and today I lined up and did it.
✅ 21.1km
✅ 1:55 (under 2 hours!)
This isn’t a boast — it’s just to be an example of what’s possible.
Sometimes your “impossible” is only impossible until you make a decision and back it with action.
And I’ve seen the same thing with so many of you through our challenges — weight loss, discipline, consistency, confidence… things you never thought you could do.
Let’s go. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. 💪🔥
