Hey Dr, Ed. I have another fun question: If someone did not have reportable income and their credits were short at retirement at FRA or as early as 62. I believe since SSI is a needs based program, they would qualify for SSI, since it would fall under the " Needs based test"? Also since it is needs based and SSI that person would need to keep SSA informed on earnings? Lastly since they are about to T67, they also would not have to follow the new Medicaid rule of 20 Hours a week or volunteer work, that's a Maryland Medicaid Question. Thank's Dr. Ed!
