Hey ya’ll. My name is Jessie and I’m here to lose a little weight, but mostly to get stronger. I struggle with staying consistent with my workouts, and also not really knowing what I’m doing outside of a SoldierFit class. Left to my own devices in a gym, I wouldn’t know the best way to workout to avoid injury or to see improvements. My goal during this summer shred challenge is to get stronger and feel more comfortable in my body and in the gym. Thanks for reading!
