The other breakfast
When I’m not eating those protein pancakes my go to if avocados are on hand and ripe (I put them with bananas until the perfect ripeness) is whole wheat bread with, a slice of havarti cheese toasted, half an avocado on each side and then a fried egg on each slice. Calories? 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’m full till lunch.
