Hey crew,
I loved connecting with you on the opening call and I’m wondering how everyone is going with the challenge. I’d love an update.
For me, I’m hitting an average of 10,000 steps a day for the week, and I’m challenging myself to hit them daily (which will be interesting with the upcoming downpours we have forecasted, so must get creative 🤓).
My nutrition is also been going well, and I’ve noticed how more mindful I’ve become when looking at my plate and considering my veggie intake.
My confidence goal - well I still am resisting journaling, even though I know how good it is for me. I think I will set up a special space for me to do it, so that it cues me to do it. If anyone has pointers on how to force themselves to journal, I’d love any 💗
