Squad PR (kind of)
Tried hitting a pr on the last couple of sets. I failed once, decreased the weight and then I tried again the next set with the weight I failed at (100kg or 225 in freedom units lol)
I was able to do the 5 reps I needed to do easily but I feel like my form needs some work.
What do you guys think?
