Interview Clip #7 - "Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs
CONDENSED EXPERIENCE - No.7 Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs #limitingbeliefs Individuals who have undergone extensive belief changes with those newly opening their minds through a book. It suggests that newcomers can achieve healthy, balanced perspectives leading to better lives without enduring the prolonged struggles experienced by others, acknowledging that not everyone can engage in intense solitary exploration like a 'mad scientist in their bat cave.' "...you've been through the building and dissolution of a thousand beliefs, whereas somebody who reads this book may have been under the same spell their whole entire life and are just now opening their mind to it. And in so doing, can come to a conclusion that's actually healthy and balanced and leads to a much brighter existence for them without having to go through all of the other stuff. Because not everybody can just be like a mad scientist in their bat cave." - @Shaman Eden Wakefield Download a free copy of my ebook on my Skool Community - www.Skool.com/zoskool
Interview Clip #8 - "Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs"
LEVEL ZERO - No.8 Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs #limitingbeliefs In this video, @Shaman Eden Wakefield expresses how much she loves the book because it confronts harsh realities honestly and encourages perseverance from the very lowest point, easiest access point. It acknowledges pain and ongoing struggles but urges readers to keep going without giving up. The key advice is to let go... "Why I love this book so much? Because it speaks to that. It takes it all the way. It really does. You followed through on what you said. Ground zero. Like, this is level zero. Let's just hash it out from the trenches. I know you're bleeding right now. There's a tourniquet on your leg, and there's like active fire happening over our heads right now, but let's just look at this. You can do that right now, in this moment, even where you're at. Don't give up is the point. Don't give up. And so don't be attached to the outcome. And I hate to use the word don't so much, but let go of the outcome. Let go of the outcome, but don't let go of your tenacity. Don't let go of your hope. I think that's the real bottom line." Interview Clip #6 - "Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs
SELF-REFLECTION SIMPLIFIED - Interview Clip - "Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs "I like this book because it wasn't daunting. I’ve always been deeply immersed in self-development. It’s part of my nature. For most of my life, I’ve been drawn to learning, growth, and personal transformation—so much so that I often become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information available. If you looked at my Kindle, you’d see it clearly: countless unfinished books, notes scattered across chapters, ideas paused mid-stream. Not because the content isn’t valuable—but because real growth requires integration. The moment you apply something, your focus shifts entirely to living it, not just reading it. What stands out here is the condensation of a lifetime of insight into something clear, structured, and accessible. This is not surface-level self-help. This is lived wisdom, distilled. It’s obvious this took years of experience, reflection, and refinement to arrive at—but it’s been broken down in a way that makes the path simpler for others. Clear. Direct. Understandable. Usable. It doesn’t feel overwhelming. It feels guided. It feels illuminated. The rabbit hole isn’t dark or intimidating. There’s light all the way down. And the path forward is not confusion—it’s clarity." @Shaman Eden Wakefield

STUDY THE CREATED - No. 9 Interview "Breaking Through - Releasing Limiting Beliefs #limitingbeliefs @Shaman Eden Wakefield and Zo expand on the rapid evolution of the creator, noting that by the time one comprehends it, it has already changed. They emphasize that to understand the creator, one should study the created, which provides endless material and reveals the creator's infinite nature in all known and unknown ways. Zo: "What if creator evolves SO fast that by the time you can wrap your mind around it, it's changed to something else???" https://youtube.com/shorts/v7Rzb8cL1io?feature=share Eden: "YES, my favorite thing that I love to say is just, "If you wish to know the creator, then study the created. And if you study the created, you'll never, ever run out of material," which means that the creator is absolutely endless in every way possible. And all the ways you don't even know are ways." Storytime: MLK Day - One of My Hero's
This subject came up today when our daughter asked her mom why she doesn't have school today. Her mom explained that it was Martin Luther King Day, and how he stood in the face of hate with love and conviction. In other words pushed back outright and systemic racism, both loud and quiet forms. "What's Rasicm?" my daughter's asked. How my daughter's mom explained racism to Adala hit me in my core... "It choosing to hate someone for something they can't control." Adala sat back for a moment and said, "That doesn't make sense... I'm glad I'm not that way". 🥹😭🥹 Her mom and I shared the same sentiment... "No Adala, hate doesn't live in your heart, I can't imagine it will ever find a home there". This is the next generation. Hope is real. #holding #open #possibilities #everyday
