Workout – 5 Rounds for Time:
• 10 Barbell Deadlifts (100/60 kg or 2×KB heavy)
• 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (2×20/12 kg)
• 12 Pull-ups or TRX Rows
• 250m Row
Warm-up:– 3 min Row or SkiErg– Hip hinge prep: 2×8 light deadlifts– Shoulder openers: band pull-aparts + 6 push-ups
Scale options:
– Deadlift: 60/40 kg barbell or 2×16/10 kg KB
– Thrusters: lighter DBs or Air Squats
– Pull-ups: jumping/TRX rows
– Row: 150m
